Even when it’s a condo building, I’m sure the condo corp by-law says you can’t do maintenance, since technically you don’t own the spot but “exclusive use” of it. I know in mine I can ’t, at most I can only do some detailing, got security bitching at me once when I was doing a no-rinse wash. But they seem to be cool with me waxing and polishing by hand or just changing out my air filter or battery.

The parking garage where I work is pretty quiet on weekends. I’m seriously tempted to bring my wife’s Jeep there to replace the tranny pan. (instead of doing it on my shitty driveway)

Cameras? Parking patrol? Security?

This one is run by the city (city owned tower) parking is $15 a day and they patrol lots as it is big revenue opportunity

No cameras, and the security is pretty lax. Esp on weekends. It’s probably an hour job, so exposure is minimal.
